Currently the company has a large number of residential properties in the northern and southern areas of Dublin – in the districts Dublin 1, Dublin 3, Dublin 8 and Dublin 10 – as well as properties in County Dublin, County Wexford, County Westmeath and County Tipperary.

It employs 3 lease methodologies: complete apartment, single bedroom and shared bedroom.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for the preparation of food, as well as refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher and kettle; the laundry area has washer and dryer and all our properties have heating and boiler for hot water.

Currently commercial buildings of the company are used for beauty salons, restaurants, barbershops, medical and dental services, Pub/Cafe, Pet Shop, pharmacy among other economic activities.

Itzg Sarl has a variety of properties for commercial usage in Ireland – in Dublin 13, Dublin 2, Dublin 8, Dublin 10 districts and in Dublin county – and in the same way it has properties in the UK.
